DOLCE NOME RETURN POLICIES


We’re happy to accept unworn or defective merchandise purchased on dolcenome.com for return within 30 days of the original purchased date (No returns after the 30 days period). Refunds will not be issued on worn or damaged shoes. Shoes must be in their original undamaged shoe boxes or 15% restocking fee will apply.


All Final Sale items are not eligible for return. If we receive an item deemed ineligible for Return, we will have to send the item back to you.


Please note the amount of your Refund/Store Credit is only for the cost of purchased item(s), and does not include the shipping amount.


Allow 6-8 business days for processing the return.


All returned and exchanged items must be in unworn and in new condition.
All items received back to us that are not in its original new condition and packaging which includes cleanliness, may be subject to 20% restocking fee per item.


All previously worn items will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


We do not reimburse for the return shipping to the warehouse.


*Sale items are eligible for exchanges for size only (if the size is available), the item must be the same style and color. No returns will accepted.


* Clearance Sale items are a “FINAL SALE” no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


For return on an international purchase please email: Info@dolcenome.com with your order number, product, and reason for return. We will review your request in 2-3 business days.


We will promptly process your return once we receive the package. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We apologize as we cannot accept COD returns.

All international exchanges will be shipped back to you via USPS international. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM/ IMPORT TAXES FEES INCURED.


We cannot reimburse customs fees for returns or exchanges. You may follow the procedure for recouping taxes and duties in the recipient country. If you would like more information regarding customs fees, please contact your local Post Office.

We do not cover Return Shipping for International purchases, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.


Your refund will be credited back in US Dollars at the current exchange rate.

U.S. ORDERS


All unworn or defective merchandise are eligible for returns within 30 days of the original Purchase date. Return requests after 30 days of purchased date are eligible for store credit only if applicable.


Your direct refund or store credit will be processed upon receipt of the product at our warehouse.


DIRECT REFUND


Receive 100% of your refund issued to your original payment method minus a $5.00processing fee.


All returns will incur a 25% per item restocking fee.

STORE CREDIT


Receive 100% of your refund as store credit with the processing fee waived.
